Privacy Policy

Denge is a personal budgeting and cash-planning app. It has no advertising or behavioral tracking and does not use financial information for advertising. This policy covers the iPhone app and denge.bbtezcan.com.

Data collected in the app

To create and access your account, the app processes your email address, Firebase user ID and basic profile information from your chosen sign-in provider. For cross-device sync, it stores the transactions, budgets, debts, assets, cash accounts, plans and app settings you create.

Google Firebase Authentication handles sign-in and Cloud Firestore handles sync. Financial records are stored under your Firebase user ID; security rules are configured to prevent other users from accessing them. Firebase services may process technical records needed for operation and security. Denge does not add advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs.

Bill and receipt scanning

Bills, receipts, images and PDFs you choose or photograph are read on your device using Apple Vision. Images and raw OCR text are not uploaded to Firebase or another OCR service. The result starts as an editable draft; only the financial record you approve is synced.

Apple, Google and biometrics

Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In are subject to the respective providers' privacy terms. Apple's Hide My Email option is supported. Face ID or Touch ID authentication is performed by iOS; Denge cannot see or store your biometric data.

Retention, sharing and deletion

Your financial data remains on your device and in Cloud Firestore while your account is active. The in-app “Delete account and cloud data” action deletes cloud records, then the authentication account, and finally active records and the pre-cloud-migration copy on this device; it requires an internet connection and reauthentication. “Reset all data” clears active financial records and syncs the empty state, but does not delete your account and retains the one-time migration copy so you can undo the migration.

If you choose to share a PDF report, it is passed to the iOS share sheet and your chosen destination's privacy terms apply. Password-protected .dengebackup files are encrypted on your device; the password is not sent to Denge or Firebase. You are responsible for the security of the storage destination and password. Denge does not sell personal data.

This website and feedback

If you use the support form, the message, selected topic and language, submission time, and optional email address are stored in a database on the server. Your email is used to reply and can be omitted. The form service uses IP addresses temporarily in memory to limit abuse and does not store them with feedback. The web server and reverse proxy may retain IP addresses and request details in technical logs for connection security. The site uses no advertising, analytics cookies or third-party trackers.

Feedback is deleted by an hourly cleanup after it reaches 180 days and may be removed sooner by the administrator. You can request deletion through the support form using the message number shown after submission. Do not put banking passwords, card numbers or identity documents in this web form.
